Notes/guidelines for you to read before you participate

1. Generally the posts have been about living on this wonderful planet, some have been quite philosophical; others plain and simple observations of our everyday activities - in both action and thought. Political and Religious thoughts are ok but must not be imposed in an idealistic manner to any other reader . Please be aware of this when you making comments of this nature.

2. The forum is open to anyone who wishes to understand themselves and each other a little better;anyone using the forum for slanderous or offensive purpose,will be banned from the site immediatley.

3. If you wish to post a thought by another person or group then please make sure you reference the Name(s) and where possible any other important info relating to your post. If the person is not well known for example a bloke said something in the pub - then put down that it was a bloke in the pub.

4. I am new to this forum game so, if any other notes and important stuff should arise during the forums life, I will add them to this list as and when appropriate.
